About Cleo

A kiwi practitioner who's lived it.

Cleo is a Kiwi naturopath and nutritionist (BNatMed) with a passion for helping athletes and active individuals optimise their health, performance, and longevity.

Her background in competitive swimming and taekwondo taught her firsthand that high-performance sport places significant demands on both the mind and the body. While she was fortunate to have support from coaches, physios, and doctors, she often felt there was no one looking at the bigger picture — someone connecting the dots between training, recovery, nutrition, stress, and overall wellbeing.

When burnout and health challenges eventually forced her to step away from competition, she experienced just how frustrating it can be to feel overlooked, unheard, and left without clear answers. That journey transformed her own health and shaped the practitioner she is today.

Her approach is centred around understanding you as a whole person, not just your symptoms — uncovering the underlying factors affecting your performance, providing evidence-informed solutions, and empowering you with a deeper understanding of your own body.
