Two free sessions are on us before you commit to anything.
Programmed Strength & Conditioning, Conditioning Circuits, Movement & Mobility, and Calisthenics. Classes are capped to 8 so coaches can actually coach, and you get the most out of each session. Choose a membership tier that fits how often you want to train.
One session a week with a coach in your corner, the classes to keep you moving between them, and Open Gym when you want the floor to yourself. Pick the tier that fits how often you want to take classes.
Billing cadence. Both tiers bill every four weeks (13 cycles a year), so you get one PT session a week year-round rather than calendar-month maths.
Programming built around what you're actually trying to do — your first pull-up, race or event prep, an active trip, coming back from injury, or just wanting bespoke programming with someone who knows you. Buy sessions in a package and your per-session rate drops.

Physiotherapy with Sangita and Sports Naturopathy with Cleo are priced separately from gym membership. Both are open to non-members too. Enquire and we'll get you booked in with the right person.
Hands-on sports physiotherapy for injuries, niggles, and movement restrictions. Initial assessment £75 (45 min), follow-up £65 (30 min).

Both tiers include one 1:1 PT session a week and Open Gym access. The difference is class allowance.
PT Plus (£359/mo) includes four class credits a month — about one a week, used flexibly. Extra classes on top come at the member rate of £15 (vs the £22.50 public drop-in).
PT Plus Unlimited (£409/mo) is the same PT session a week, but with unlimited classes. The maths starts working in your favour at around two classes a week — if you're regularly taking more than one, Unlimited ends up cheaper than paying £15 for extras.
Memberships are run through Glofox. Once you've signed up, you book classes through the Glofox app or via the timetable on our home page. Different tiers give you different numbers of classes per month.
Yes. We're not a chain — there's no lock-in. Get in touch and we'll sort out a freeze or cancel directly.
Yes. Single classes are bookable through the Glofox timetable — useful if you want to try us out without committing to a full membership.
Talk to us. Sangita, our in-house physiotherapist, works from the gym and can assess what's going on. Our coaches will adapt programming to what your body can do right now — training around an injury rather than waiting for it to clear.
We give a reasonable window to use up a package and stay flexible if life gets in the way. Specifics depend on the size of the package — we'll talk you through it when you enquire.
