No. We work with complete beginners through to advanced lifters and athletes. The starting point doesn't matter — only that you're up for it.
Strength and confidence shifts within a few weeks, visible changes around 8–12. We'll set realistic markers so progress is measurable rather than vibes-based.
Yes — Partner Training is +30% on the per-session rate. Good for couples, training buddies, or two people with similar goals.
We give a reasonable window to use up a package and stay flexible if life gets in the way. Specifics depend on the size — we'll talk you through it when you enquire.
Sangita, our in-house physiotherapist, works from the gym. Your coach can refer in directly and the two of us will coordinate on what your body's ready for.
