A six-week programme designed to make you a stronger, more capable surfer — whether you're prepping for a trip, getting back into the water, or want to move better on your board. Coached by Idris.

  • Paddling endurance — lat strength, shoulder mobility, work capacity
  • Pop-up power — explosive hip-to-shoulder coordination
  • Rotational core strength — for turning, balance, control on the board
  • Functional mobility — hips, shoulders, thoracic spine
  • Breath capacity — for hold-downs and longer sessions

02 — Climbing Prep

Built for climbers.

For climbers building strength outside the wall.

A six-week programme to support your climbing — building grip, pulling strength, mobility, and the antagonist work most climbers neglect. Whether you're indoor-only, prepping for an outdoor trip, or just want to break through a plateau. Coached by Idris.

  • Sport climbers prepping for an outdoor trip

  • Anyone who's plateaued and suspects the issue is what they're not doing off the wall

  • Finger and grip strength — progressed safely, not aggressively
  • Pull strength — beyond pull-ups, into climbing-specific patterns
  • Push & antagonist work — keeping shoulders healthy and balanced
  • Hip and shoulder mobility — the bits climbers always need
  • Core and tension — for body positioning under load

03 — Intro to Weightlifting

Learn the lifts properly.

Lift confidently, programme intelligently.

A six-week programme designed for people new to barbell training. By the end, you'll know how to squat, deadlift, and press with proper technique, you'll understand how to programme for yourself, and you'll have a structure to take into Open Gym or class with confidence. No more avoiding the rack.

Who it's for

  • Complete beginners who want to learn to lift safely
  • Class members ready to move from kettlebells and dumbbells to the barbell
  • People who've trained alone and want their technique reviewed properly
  • Anyone intimidated by the rack who wants to walk in like they belong there

What we'll cover

  • Squat — back squat, front squat, mechanics, mobility
  • Deadlift — conventional and sumo, hinge patterning, set-up
  • Press — overhead, bench, push patterns
  • Programming basics — how to progress, how to recover, how not to get hurt
  • Putting it together — a structured weekly plan to take with you

How workshops work

Small group, short block, focussed Coaching.

Workshops run as intakes rather than rolling sign-ups. We open registration when an intake is forming, then run six focused weeks together.

Drop us your details and we'll let you know when the next intake for that workshop is opening — usually 2-3 intakes a year per workshop.

Sign up, lock in your spot. Numbers are capped at 6 so the coach can actually coach. Once the group's full, registration closes.

Same group, same time slot, structured progression. You'll know everyone in the group by the end of week one.
