We’re dedicated Coaches with broad coaching experience, and we want to share our expertise in a way that inspires and progresses those who train with us.

Evolve Athletic offers Personal Training for Fitness & Health, and Strength & Conditioning for Performance & sport, Physiotherapy for rehabbing through injury, and Sports Massage for recovery.

Idris, Laur, Mahmut & Sangita bring knowledge and skills from working as Sport Scientists, Strength & Conditioning Coaches (S&C) in pro sports, Physiotherapy in private clinics and the NHS, and Personal Training with some of some London & Turkeys top PT brands and gyms.

Alongside PT, S&C and Physio, they have complimentary skills in, Sports Massage, Corrective Exercise, End Stage Rehab, Boxing, Calisthenics and Climbing.

Our clients come to us with many reasons for training; from improving general fitness to multi-week solo trekking expeditions in the high Himalayas. Whatever your training and recovery goal, we’re here to guide you in that journey.

SMALL GROUP CLASSES

We hit a number of bases with our Small Group Classes. They’re designed to address different fitness qualities to develop well rounded physical ability.

The classes are…

  • Conditioning Circuits

We want to focus on quality efforts and so we keep the classes small. This allows us to coach effectively and give attention to individuals when needed.

We work with mixed abilities and scale the workouts to the individuals. This means that everyone can have a effective workout and train at their own level.

The vibe in the classes are friendly and encouraging. We’re all open to learning, up for trying, and for us Coaches the classes a pleasure to teach.
